Sandra oversees the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service at Scholes Library.  She researches the OCLC bibliographic database and consults a wide variety of specialized indexes to locate and obtain materials requested by faculty, staff and students of the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University.  She also fills borrowing requests from other libraries and industrial borrowers who have established accounts with the library.
